This is the second time we have used Purely Shutters. Friendly and efficient service, personable staff. Stayed in constant communication throughout. Fit-out was quick and quality of product is excellent. Would highly recommend.

Competitively priced. Outstanding service and a beautiful product which finished off my house nicely! And yes Sue you were right about Hillary blinds. My mum had a quote of them for her home down South, and was enough to fit a new bathroom

Had our shutters fitted today they are beautiful. I expected them to be nice but they have exceeded our expectations. Jake and Kirsty were here today and worked really hard to fit a large number of shutters. Would highly recommend!

I am over the moon with my beautiful plantation shutters fitted in my bedroom and lounge bay windows. Expertly fitted and incredible customer service. The fitters were immaculate and cleared up after themselves, a truly wonderful experience from a professional, hard working company.

Sue, the lady who came and measured up and gave us some great advice. another excellent. Continued understanding for us during COVID Where we had to rearrange the fitting date..Excellent. I first used Purely shutters around ten years ago when I was looking for a solution for a small bathroom window in my cottage. Bingo! Purely shutters came along and it was perfect. easy to clean, gave me privacy, allowed air through if it was steamed up and looked GREAT. They were made to measure, brilliantly fitted and looked good years later when we moved. I went on to have more shutters, each... one for different reasons....in the babies room as they were brilliant for keeping the room dark and cool and a different style in our bedroom where we had cafe style shutters as we had sash windows and sometimes wanted to open them up fully. So when we moved there was no question who to go as we now want them at the front of the house to create privacy and are soon to have half cafe shutters fitted by them. If you are looking for a Shutter Company, then look no further than Purely Shutters, they are Fab and we highly recommend them.read more

So pleased with my shutters for our conservatory. Collette who visited to measure up was very professional and explained all the different types of shutters and styles available. A comprehensive quote was provided and there was no pressure to buy. After placing the order, Purely Shutters kept in contact with progress on a delivery and fitting date. The fitter arrived on time, fitted the... shutters no problem, cleaned around and left within a couple of hours. Very courteous and respectful of his surroundings. In all, excellent service and the shutters are stunning. So much so that I have just ordered some more and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!read more

Colette came out to give me a quote for my blinds and instantly I knew this was a professional business. She talked me through all the possible options for our bay windows ( for example how far our the frame would need to sit in order to be able to use the key on the side windows) and explained it all so clearly. She had various mock ups and sizes to show me so I could really visualise the... finished article. She took all measurements there and then which saved a lot of faffing about and she was very clear about the next steps.The shutters took about 11 weeks to arrive (this was very clearly communicated from the start of the appointment so I was not surprised by the lead time) but communication was adequate throughout. The first suggested date for install I couldn’t be available so they came back to me very quickly with a preferred alternative.The fitter was incredibly polite, even took his shoes off when he came in my house automatically! He was on time and finished the job quickly but to a very high standard.The shutters looks absolutely incredible and have completely transformed our living room I’m so happy with them!Thank You so much Colette and the Purely Shutters team!
